Since the inception of the Malta Rugby Football Union (MRFU) as the Rugby Association of Malta in 1990, Overseas has won all the top honours in local rugby being crowned league champions for 8 times, the most out of all the local clubs.

The Overseas RUFC is a sports club registered with the Kunsill Malti Ghall-Isport (Malta Sports Council) and is a proud member club and representative of the MRFU.
